Pricing

You set the price. We charge a fixed rate. The difference is yours.

PictureSongs is wholesale, the way the rest of your suppliers are. There is no revenue share, no per-order negotiation and no consumer price we set over your head.

How it works

  1. Step 1. You set what the family pays

Your price, on your own funeral invoice, alongside everything else you are arranging. The family never sees a separate bill from us and never pays us directly — as far as they are concerned this is something their funeral director offers.
  2. Step 2. We invoice you a fixed rate, monthly

One rate per tribute released, invoiced in arrears at the end of the month. It is a trade invoice, not a card payment. An order that is cancelled before it is released is not billed at all.
  3. Step 3. The difference is yours

The gap between your price and our rate is your margin, on every tribute, with no revenue share and nothing to reconcile per order. Your dashboard shows the volume and the margin per tribute so you can see it rather than take our word for it.

The guide price

When a director asks what to charge, we suggest £149.00. That is a guide and nothing more — not a recommended retail price, not a floor and not a ceiling. You set your own, you can change it, and it is the only price a family ever sees.

Our rate is not on this page

The wholesale rate is a term of your contract with us, and it is not something we publish. That is not a negotiating position — ask and we will tell you in the first email, with no call to book first.

What we can tell you here: it is a flat figure per tribute rather than a share of what you charge, so improving your own price improves your own margin and not ours.

What you are billed for

Per tribute released

One line per tribute you release, and nothing for an order that is set aside before that. A family who changes their mind, or a funeral that comes round too fast, costs you nothing.

Monthly, in arrears

A trade invoice at the end of the month for what you released in it. No card on file and no deposit.

Anything else is in the contract

The product bills one thing and one thing only: the rate, per tribute. Terms beyond that — anything about setup, minimums or length — belong in your agreement, and we would rather you heard them from a person than read them off a page.

If a family is not happy

You refund the family what they paid you, and we credit you the rate we charged. A genuine problem after the funeral is honoured at your discretion, not ours — we are not going to make you argue a family’s case to us while you are still standing in front of them.

A family can also cancel without charge at any point before they approve it, so the commonest reason to want a refund tends not to arise: nobody is held to something they have not seen and said yes to.

Ask for the rate

Tell us roughly how many funerals you arrange in a year and we will come back with the rate, the terms and a tribute to watch. No call required.
